Delivery
- Standard delivery 2-3 working days from dispatch for mainland UK with the Palletforce Network.
- Kerbside delivery only. It is the customer's responsibility to move items to a safe location once delivered by Palletforce, and we will not be liable for any damages incurred while doing so.
- There is no requirement for a forklift on the receiving end as Palletforce delivery vehicles have tail lifts.
- Doors are delivered on a double pallet; pallet height will vary depending on the number of doors. Maximum height up to 2.2m if the door/s are standing.
- We allow 48 hours from the time of delivery for the detailed checking of goods and expect any concerns to be raised with us within that period, and critically before items are adjusted or installed.
- Mainland UK delivery is FREE. Anything outside mainland UK including Scottish Highlands and offshore will incur additional charge. Please enquire with our sales team.
- All items within a single order will be dispatched and shipped within a single delivery as standard. In some instances, you may order items which are out of stock or on a lead time, should you require these items prior to any others becoming available there will be an additional delivery charge.
