FAQs

How are your pendants manufactured?

Our range of pendant lights are made by From The Anvil. Each pendant is hand-spun from solid base metals and then hand-finished in a variety of bare metals or painted finishes. Our Brass and Nickel lights are made from solid brass, and our Copper pendants are made from solid copper.

What's the lead time on your pendant lights?

Because all our lights are made-to-order, each pendant has a lead time of 3-4 weeks. This accounts for both production and delivery time but we'll be sure to keep you updated throughout the process.

Are your pendant lights wired?

Yes! All our pendant lights are supplied fully wired to UK standards and undergo extensive testing for electrical safety. Each pendant is supplied with 1.5m of black fabric cable, a matching ceiling rose, and all necessary fixings.

What type of bulb can I use with your pendant lights?

Our pendant lights are only suitable for use with non-dimmable LED bulbs with a maximum of 6-Watt rating.

Are your pendant lights supplied with light bulbs?

Our pendant lights are not supplied with light bulbs, but you can purchase one separately through our online store.
