How are your pendant lights manufactured?
All of our pendant lights are manufactured from solid metal. Depending on the finish, this is either brass, copper, or steel.
Some of our pendants are then meticulously hammered by skilled artisans to create a distinctive, hammered interior, whereas other pendants are extensively polished to create a smooth finish.
You can then choose to have your pendant light coated in a colour of your choosing to create a sleek, matt finish. Choose from our 12 Welsh-inspired colours, or utilise our bespoke service to select a completely unique colour.

How many pendants are in a cluster?
Each of our cluster pendants includes 5 individual pendant lights. Each pendant light has its own bulb and is hung from its own length of cable, each one at a varying height.
Can I get matching wall and ceiling lights?
Absolutely! Our Flora and Brindley collections are both available as pendant lights, wall lights, and cluster pendants so you can coordinate your lighting throughout your home.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Each one of our wall lights, ceiling pendants, and cluster pendant lights are custom made-to-order. The manufacturing process takes approximately 3-4 weeks, after which your lights will be immediately shipped. If you're in the UK Mainland, delivery should be next-day but if you're outside of this area, please check our delivery policy for more information.
What type of bulb do I need with my light?
This depends on which light you have. Use the following guide to choose the right lightbulb for your light:
Wall lights: LED Light Bulb 12v - 1W E14, or Vintage LED Edison Light Bulb - 4W E14
Ceiling pendants: Vintage LED Edison Light Bulb - 5W E27
Flora Cluster pendants: Vintage LED Edison Light Bulb - 5W E27
Brindley Cluster pendants: LED Light Bulb 12v - 1W E14, or Vintage LED Edison Light Bulb - 4W E14
What is supplied with your lights?
All of our ceiling pendant and cluster pendant lights are fully wired and sold with all necessary fixings, including lengths of black cable and a ceiling rose.
Our wall lights also come fully wired with a matching wall rose.
Please note that lightbulbs are not included with your light but are available to purchase separately in the Lightbulbs section of our online store.
Can I have my light in a colour that's not on your website?
Of course! Because all of our pendants are made-to-order, you have complete flexibility over the look of your light. Using our RAL-colour system, we can match your pendant to any colour you like when you provide us with a sample.
