FAQs

How are your Smooth Brass lights made?

All of our Smooth Brass lights are made-to-order.

Each Smooth Brass pendant is spun from solid brass and extensively polished to create a wealth of reflection.

Because our pendants are made bespokely for you, you can choose to leave them as they are to highlight the bare metal, or have them painted in a custom-colour, creating an exquisite matt finish.

How do I clean my Smooth Brass pendant?

Although our Smooth Brass lights are made of brass, we do not recommend polishing them. You should also avoid using any form of chemicals or products on them.

If finger marks or dust appear on the surface of your pendant, you can use a dry microfibre cloth to genty buff them away, taking care not to damage the finish.

What's the lead time on your lights?

Because all our lights are made-to-order, each pendant, cluster, and wall light has a lead time of 3-4 weeks. This accounts for both production and delivery time but we'll be sure to keep you updated throughout the process.

What type of bulb can I use with your pendant lights?

Our pendant lights are only suitable for use with non-dimmable LED bulbs with a maximum of 6-Watt rating.

Are your pendant lights supplied with light bulbs?

Our pendant lights are not supplied with light bulbs, but you can purchase one separately through our online store.
