When you purchase a gift card, a digital copy is sent to your recipient's email address containing instructions on how to redeem.
No additional processing fees are applied to the cost of our gift cards. Our gift cards do not expire, and can be used either on a single or multiple orders, and as full or part-payment.
Custom-value gift cards can also be supplied. Please Contact Us for more information.
Please note that our gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
All The Legal Bits...
Any purchase of a Gift Card from our website (www.handforged.co.uk) is subject to these terms and conditions.
Hand Forged Gift Cards can be used in full or part payment for goods online at handforged.co.uk.
Gift Cards can be redeemed online or over the phone.
To purchase a Gift Card, you must be 18 or over and have a valid credit/debit card issued in your name.
If the entire balance of a Gift Card is not spent in one transaction, then the remaining balance will remain available on the Gift Card for future use.
You can check the remaining balance on your Gift Card by clicking View Gift Card Balance on the initial email sent when you received your Gift Card. If you can’t find this email, Contact Us and we can either let you know the remaining balance or resend the initial email for your reference.
Gift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other Gift Cards.
Hand Forged Gift Cards are not credit, debit, or cheque guarantee cards, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold or re-tendered. This will not affect your statutory rights.
All Hand Forged Gift Cards hold an expiration date 24 months from the date of purchase. After 24 months, any remaining balance on a Gift Card will be lost. You will not be able to use your Gift Card or claim a refund for any unused funds.
If any product purchased with a Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price or refund, any money owed will be added to a new gift card.
Any funds loaded to a Gift Card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent, some or all funds held on a Gift Card may not be available to be spent.
Hand Forged Ltd reserve the right to decline or withdraw Gift Cards, and the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the Gift Card if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
Gift Cards must be treated like cash; Hand Forged Ltd cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards and will not be replaced.
The re-sale of Gift Cards sold via this website is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of Gift Cards purchased by any person or entity.
We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card if we believe that it was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised
means.
