Terms of Delivery

Free delivery for all UK Mainland* deliveries with a net value of £60 and over.

All orders to the UK Mainland with a net value of less than £60 will be charged a standard £5.40 carriage rate.

• Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment.

• Our warehouse is closed over the weekend, so orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

• Our warehouse is closed on bank holidays so orders placed late on, Friday or on Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be processed the following Tuesday.

• For addresses in the UK Mainland*, we aim to deliver your order within 48 business hours of receipt of payment.

• Bespoke products like our lights are made to order, meaning it can take 3-4 weeks until your products are ready to ship.

• Goods require a signature upon arrival at the delivery address stated on your order form between 8am and 3pm.

• If there are delays, we’ll do our best to keep you informed at all times, including the expected delivery time.

• Orders that are returned to us as undelivered will incur a chargeable fee of £10 for carriage, plus VAT and administration costs.

• Once the goods have been delivered (and not before), you become the owner of the products, making them your responsibility. At this point, we are not liable for any subsequent damage, loss, or destruction of the goods.

• Please note, if your parcel does not arrive, you cannot submit a missing parcel claim until 15 working days after dispatch.

• We can ship internationally, but the cost of delivery will vary based on your shipping location. Please note that we may be unable to deliver to certain countries.
