What is the Design Period?
Inspired by history, Design Period finds its roots in Victorian terraces, Georgian town houses and Art Deco flats. This look is incredibly distinctive, offering a sense of grandeur both inside and out.
Externally, Design Period properties often feature grand, panelled doors and sliding sash windows. Inside these properties, you'll often find patterned floor tiles, old floorboards, panelled wooden doors, large rooms with fireplaces, and high ceilings with ornate coving. This look is accentuated by bold and dramatic colours, luxury materials and Period-style ironmongery.
