How are Polished Nickel products made?

Our Polished Nickel products are forged from solid brass and then coated in a high-quality nickel plating which gives these products their high-sheen and warm undertones.

Can I use Polished Nickel products externally?

We recommend that you avoid using any polishes or cleaning products on our Polished Nickel finish as these can damage the plating.

Instead, you can occasionally wipe an oily cloth over the surface of the products to remove any harmful deposits that may build up over time, and to further aid protection against environmental elements. A dry cloth can also be used to remove fingerprints or marks on the finish.

Regularly oiling any moving mechanisms with From The Anvil's 3-in-1 Oil can help increase the lifespan of your product, ensuring all parts operate smoothly.

How do I maintain my Polished Nickel products?

We recommend avoiding the use of any chemicals or cleaning products on this finish as it may affect the plated finish.

An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the product from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements. A dry cloth can also be used to wipe over the product and reduce finger marks.

Regular oiling of all moving parts using our ‘3-in-1 Oil’ (92337) is beneficial to the longevity of your products. This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
